What you will do:
- Lead and manage the delivery of the Anti-Social Behaviour service, ensuring successful outcomes for the community.
- Oversee a team of ASB Officers and manage a small geographical patch.
- Collaborate with diverse partners, including community members and local authorities, to innovate service delivery approaches.
- Handle any conflicts and disputes efficiently, utilizing your expertise to mediate satisfactorily.
- Engage actively with various council initiatives and contribute to corporate projects.
- Build and maintain partnerships with Officers, Members, Trade Unions, and external stakeholders.
- Foster a supportive and creative work environment within the Regeneration and Housing Department.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Council policies, including Health and Safety and Equal Opportunities.
- Participate in ongoing professional development sessions.

Requirements:
- Proven track record in managing and resolving antisocial behaviour within a local authority or a similar setting.
- Experience working collaboratively with communities and partners to innovate service delivery.
- Strong ability to manage teams and handle conflict resolution.
- Relevant Level 4 qualification in housing or a related field.
- Continuous professional development credentials in a relevant area.
- In-depth understanding of crime and disorder, and antisocial behaviour legislation.
- Proficiency in using computerised Housing Management systems and MS Word and Excel.
