What You Will Do:

Lead the design and delivery of an innovative Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) strategy that strengthens engagement and belonging.

Oversee and enhance the Occupational Health and Employee Assistance Programmes, ensuring measurable outcomes and value.

Develop and execute forward-thinking employee experience and wellbeing strategies aligned with the organisation’s People Workforce Strategy.

Collaborate with Public Health and Health & Safety teams to deliver tailored wellbeing programmes that meet the diverse needs of employees.

Use data-driven insights to evaluate and continually improve engagement and wellbeing initiatives.

Partner with senior leadership and HR colleagues to embed wellbeing and inclusion into all organisational practices.

Act as a visible advocate for employee wellbeing and DE&I, promoting a culture of care, respect, and inclusivity.
