What you will do:

Engage with service users with empathy, ensuring you understand the effects of disability on their productivity, leisure, and daily activities.

Handle interactions with sensitivity, considering the service users’ diverse ethnic, cultural, and social backgrounds while employing varied communication and engagement skills.

Evaluate referrals critically to determine priorities for occupational therapy interventions, addressing the service users' needs effectively.

Conduct comprehensive assessments, interpreting complex clinical findings to develop and evaluate risk-assessed treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

Adapt individual and group activities to suit the occupational performance, environmental, and vocational needs of service users.
