What you will do:

• Engage with service users with empathy, ensuring you understand the effects of disability on their productivity, leisure, and daily activities.

• Handle interactions with sensitivity, considering the service users’ diverse ethnic, cultural, and social backgrounds while employing varied communication and engagement skills.

• Evaluate referrals critically to determine priorities for occupational therapy interventions, addressing the service users' needs effectively.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, interpreting complex clinical findings to develop and evaluate risk-assessed treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Adapt individual and group activities to suit the occupational performance, environmental, and vocational needs of service users.
