What you will do:

• Provide operational management and leadership support across Twickenham and Kingston.

• Manage Senior Practitioners and Social Workers, ensuring quality outcomes.

• Use AfC’s social work practice model, Signs of Safety, for consistent quality standards.

• Oversee decision-making and performance in the best interest of children and families.

• Attend and represent AfC in operational and strategic multi-agency meetings.

• Foster professional development and partnership culture within the team.
