What you will do:

- Conduct comprehensive face-to-face mobility assessments in the clinic to evaluate eligibility for Blue Badges.
- Liaise with other healthcare professionals and gather additional information necessary to assess functional ability.
- Provide clear, concise, and empathetic communication with clients during assessments.
- Complete and maintain detailed reports and records of assessments conducted.
- Stay updated with the latest practices and policies related to Blue Badge eligibility.

Requirements:

- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant field, showcasing your expertise and readiness to handle this dynamic role.
