What you will do:

• Take on the operational leadership of the Emergency Department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while managing a dedicated team under your guidance.
• Lead and participate in hospital-wide emergency response rosters for both adult and paediatric cases, acting as the lead nurse during critical situations.
• Foster a collaborative work environment by communicating effectively with doctors, fellow nurses, and the wider multidisciplinary team to support patients and their families.
• Uphold a professional standard and act as a role model for other staff members, promoting continuous learning and development within the team.
• Demonstrate and maintain proficiency in specialised emergency nursing skills, such as Adult and Paediatric Resuscitation, ALS/EPLS, cannulation, venepuncture, and plastering.
