What you will do:

• Carry out detailed assessments and develop personalised treatment programmes for clients with complex neuro needs.
• Collaborate in the creation and execution of comprehensive care plans, ensuring the best outcomes for your clients.
• Develop and foster strong links with community agencies to support client integration and care continuity.
• Provide invaluable support to our activities team by establishing robust group protocols and evaluation methods.
• Lead training sessions for therapy assistants, enhancing their capabilities and aligning activities with clinical goals.
• Address interpersonal challenges within the team with effective listening and action-oriented solutions.
• Travel to client locations as needed, requiring a valid driving licence and own vehicle access.

For this role, you must be HCPC registered and a competent driver with access to your own car.
