What you will do

• Deliver high-quality mental health nursing care, providing support and compassion to service users.
• Undertake comprehensive mental health assessments and reviews to create tailored care plans.
• Develop and implement personalised care plans to support recovery.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adapting care plans as needed.
• Manage risk and contribute to the creation of risk management strategies.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and support tailored to service user needs.
• Maintain precise clinical records and documentation.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team for holistic patient care.

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience at Band 6 in mental health nursing.
• Recent experience in UK Mental Health Nursing and the Isle of Man Health Service.
• Strong skills in assessment and risk management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.

Desirable Qualities

• Experience with acute and community mental health services.
• Expertise in managing complex mental health presentations.
• Familiarity with recovery-focused services.
