What you will do

Assess, implement, and evaluate programmes of person-centred care within a dynamic multidisciplinary team.
Develop treatment and support plans aimed at enhancing function and quality of life.

About you

Hold a Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy with valid registration from the Health & Care Professions Council.

Possess excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a knack for cultivating strong working relationships.
