What you will do

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the dialysis clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Create a welcoming and positive experience for patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Work collaboratively with NHS Trusts, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders under the guidance of the Regional Manager.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and support the implementation of new processes and procedures.
• Support the recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention of team members.
• Foster a values-driven culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
• Build positive relationships with patients and address concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical, governance, health and safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and provide reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor clinic performance and contribute to achieving operational and clinical objectives.

Requirements

• NMC Registration: Full NMC registration with relevant nursing qualifications.
• Management Experience: Experience as a Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission, or willingness to undertake registration.
• Dialysis Experience: Previous clinical leadership experience within an outpatient haemodialysis setting.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to engage diverse teams and patient groups.
• Leadership Style: Ability to lead by example and create a positive, high-performing team culture.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused approach to operational and clinical challenges.
• Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities within a busy healthcare environment.
• Professional Development: Evidence of continued professional development, ideally within Renal Care.
