What you will do:
- Perform trauma and emergency department radiography, delivering high-quality care in urgent scenarios.
- Undertake general X-ray examinations, ensuring precise and efficient imaging results.
- Provide theatre radiography support, collaborating closely with theatre teams to facilitate surgical procedures.
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining the utmost standards of radiation safety.
- Work integrally with emergency department and theatre teams, ensuring seamless diagnostic support.
- Accurately identify patients and document images, maintaining reliable imaging records and adhering to departmental protocols.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography
- HCPC registration
- Experience as a Band 6 Radiographer
- Experience in trauma and emergency department X-ray and general X-ray examinations
- Theatre radiography experience
- Proficiency with Samsung General X-ray equipment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently
