If you live more than an hour away, commuting might be challenging as travel to Bedford isn’t reimbursed.

What you will do:

  • Manage a caseload of 25 care leavers, ensuring all statutory duties and visits are undertaken, including those out of the county.
  • Collaborate with care-experienced young people, focusing on their individual needs and helping them transition smoothly into adulthood.
  • Conduct regular Pathway Planning to support the development of young people and monitor their progress effectively.
  • Attend the office in Bedford as required, ensuring consistent communication and collaboration with your team to deliver top service.
  • Ensure statutory visiting requirements are met by conducting out-of-county visits every eight weeks.
