What you will do:

• Manage SEND casework for children and young people aged 0 to 25, ensuring they receive high-quality support tailored to their needs.

• Coordinate and amend Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) to ensure they reflect the individual requirements and aspirations of each child.

• Lead annual reviews and ensure all statutory deadlines are meticulously met.

• Collaborate with families, schools, educational psychologists, social care professionals, and partner agencies to forge strong, productive partnerships.

• Tackle complex cases and maintain accurate, detailed records of all interactions and updates.
