• Autonomously initiate urgent interventions, interpreting changes in patient condition accurately.

• Deliver prescribed nursing care independently, referring to senior staff when needed.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide holistic patient care.

• Maintain accurate electronic and paper records in line with professional standards.

• Practice safely and professionally in accordance with the NMC Code.
