Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy.HCPC registration.Experience in Adult Social Care Occupational Therapy.Proficiency in managing complex cases and conducting assessments.Strong skills in developing and reviewing support plans.Dedication to promoting independence through evidence-based interventions.Excellent assessment, communication, and report-writing skills.Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team while managing a complex caseload.
