What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments in line with the Mental Capacity Act and the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards frameworks.

• Prepare detailed and precise Best Interest Assessor reports to ensure individuals' rights and best interests are upheld.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to support best practice in every case.

• Keep abreast of relevant case law and legal updates to provide informed guidance.

• Engage with individuals, families, and colleagues with excellent communication to promote understanding and consensus.
