Team Leader - Drug and Alcohol Recovery Support Team in Tower Hamlets UK earning 26 GBP hourly, Ongoing. As a Recovery Support Team Leader, you will be tasked with providing strategic leadership and operational direction to a vibrant team of Culturally Sensitive Recovery Support Workers. You will also handle a clinical caseload. Working full-time at 37.5 hours per week, this role ensures no two days are ever the same and allows you to witness life-changing transformations.

What you will do:
- Lead and supervise a team of Recovery Support Workers, ensuring they adhere to organisational policies and best practices.
- Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Lead team meetings to share updates and maintain a cohesive working environment.
- Manage a caseload of clients with complex recovery needs, conducting assessments, and facilitating support groups.
- Coordinate with internal staff and external agencies to ensure integrated, client-centred service delivery.
