What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to inform care planning and intervention strategies.
- Apply your in-depth knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards to ensure compliance and uphold best practice standards.
- Deliver thorough assessments and prepare detailed Best Interest Assessor reports.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to protect individuals' rights and promote their well-being.
- Maintain a current understanding of relevant legislation and case law, incorporating these insights into your daily practice.
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Social Worker who is also an accredited Best Interest Assessor. Experience with the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards legal frameworks is essential, alongside excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
