What you will do:
- Deliver comprehensive case management services within a designated area, ensuring the wellbeing of the workforce.
- Provide expert Occupational Health advice to managers and HR professionals, aiding them in maintaining a healthy work environment.
- Collaborate with third-party providers and liaise with them where appropriate to enhance the Occupational Health service.
- Guide employees by signposting them to relevant support services.
- Conduct assessments on pre-placement fitness for work and provide vital advice to Managers and the Onboarding team.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and case conferences as required, contributing valuable insights and solutions.
- Work diligently to meet service delivery metrics including SLAs and KPIs.
- Support health and wellbeing initiatives and drive behavioural change campaigns.
- Provide assistance to Occupational Health Technicians, handling health surveillance escalations and referrals.
