What you will do:

• Deputise for the Team Manager when required, ensuring smooth service delivery and operational leadership.

• Oversee work allocation and referral decisions, ensuring cases are managed efficiently and appropriately.

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver high-quality care and support services.

• Chair meetings, contribute to decision-making forums, and manage complaints effectively.

• Participate in recruitment, workforce development, and staff retention initiatives.
