What you will do:

Carry out specialist occupational therapy assessments for individuals with complex neurological conditions, including stroke and acquired brain injury.

Design and implement individualised rehabilitation programmes aimed at improving functional ability and independence.

Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring holistic care and coordinated treatment plans.

Monitor patient progress, reviewing and adapting therapy plans to achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes.

Provide education, guidance, and support to patients, families, and caregivers, helping them achieve long-term rehabilitation goals.
