What you will do:

• Carry out specialist occupational therapy assessments for individuals with complex neurological conditions, including stroke and acquired brain injury.

• Design and implement individualised rehabilitation programmes aimed at improving functional ability and independence.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring holistic care and coordinated treatment plans.

• Monitor patient progress, reviewing and adapting therapy plans to achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes.

• Provide education, guidance, and support to patients, families, and caregivers, helping them achieve long-term rehabilitation goals.
