This role also includes personal care including continence support, washing, dressing as well as support with medication, meal preparation and helping with household tasks,just as importantly,you’llpromote people’s independence, whilst bringing a real sense of joy to those you support. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will already have a minimum of 6 months care experience within a UK care setting. Due to the nature of the role, including personal care, unsupervised work with vulnerable individuals, and the need to work flexible hours including late evenings and night shifts, applicants must be aged 18 or over.
