• Case Management: Manage a varied caseload, ensuring statutory timescales are met and accurate records are maintained.

• Risk Assessment: Analyse information and make informed decisions regarding interventions, support services, and safeguarding actions.

• Multi-Agency Working: Collaborate with professionals from education, health, police, housing, and voluntary organisations to provide coordinated support.

• Family Engagement: Build positive working relationships with children, young people, and families, supporting them to achieve meaningful and sustainable change.
