What you will do:
- Assess and manage allegations against staff and volunteers working with children within agencies
- Provide expert advice and guidance to senior managers and case managers on the effective management of allegations
- Coordinate and chair LADO strategy meetings and review processes
- Compile and maintain comprehensive records of allegations and outcomes
- Ensure that all cases are handled efficiently, adhering to statutory guidelines and local policies
- Liaise with social services, police, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- You must hold a degree or equivalent in social work
- A valid registration with Social Work England is crucial
- Extensive frontline experience within UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker is essential
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
