Provide professional leadership and supervision within the Assessment & Intervention Team
Contribute to the effective and efficient functioning of the team by working closely with your Team Manager
Manage a smaller caseload for more focused and in-depth work with adults with complex needs
Conduct detailed assessments and develop intervention plans tailored to individual cases
Mentor and support colleagues, students, and less experienced social workers through supervision and sharing best practices
Champion high standards of professional social work by fostering an environment of reflection, learning, and continuous improvement
