COREcruitment is partnering with a growing premium casual restaurant group in Central London on the search for a Senior Sous Chef. This multi-site business has further openings planned, giving the right Senior Sous Chef a clear route to their first Head Chef role.

The Senior Sous Chef role

Support the Head Chef in leading a brigade of 15-20 chefs
Run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, with full support from the Group Executive Chef
Own ordering, stock control, rotas and food safety
Train and develop the brigade, including Chefs de Partie
160-200 covers on a busy weekend, with all food prepared fresh on site

About you

An established Senior Sous Chef ready to step towards Head Chef
Background in premium casual, high-volume, fresh-food kitchens
Confident with small plates and sharing-style menus
A calm leader who values team culture, inclusivity and wellbeing
Ambitious and keen to grow with the business

The package

49-52k basic plus tronc, plus a 5% quarterly bonus on KPIs
45-hour week, with Monday as an admin day
