COREcruitment is partnering with a growing premium casual restaurant group in Central London on the search for a Junior Sous Chef. This multi-site business has further openings planned, giving the right Junior Sous Chef a genuine chance to build leadership skills and progress.

The Junior Sous Chef role

Support the Sous Chef in leading a brigade of 15-20 chefs
Run the kitchen in the Sous Chef's absence
Manage ordering, stock control, rotas and food safety
Train and develop the brigade, including Chefs de Partie
160-200 covers on a busy weekend, with all food prepared fresh on site
