Marketing Manager – Hospitality & Bars £50,000 – London

We’re working with an exciting, premium bar group in London, known for its vibrant atmosphere, exceptional cocktails, live entertainment and standout events. They’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing across two established venues and help drive the next stage of growth.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves hospitality, understands the power of a strong brand and can turn creative ideas into real commercial results.

The Marketing Manager Role

This is a standalone marketing position, offering plenty of ownership and the opportunity to make a genuine impact. You’ll lead the marketing activity across both venues, from CRM and social media to campaigns, content and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Own and deliver the marketing strategy across both venues.
Manage CRM, customer communications and campaigns to drive repeat visits and loyalty.
Lead local social media, content creation and digital engagement.
Develop creative campaigns and promotions to increase footfall, bookings and revenue.
Support private hire, corporate events, themed experiences and immersive brunches.
Work closely with the operations team to bring new ideas to life and maximise commercial opportunities.
Keep the brand fresh, relevant and engaging across every customer touchpoint.

About You

Previous marketing experience within hospitality, bars, restaurants or a lifestyle-led brand.
Confident managing marketing activity independently, from planning through to execution.
Commercially minded, with a clear understanding of how marketing drives bookings, footfall and revenue.
Creative, proactive and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Happy to roll up your sleeves and get involved in the day-to-day detail, as well as the bigger picture.
