Working 36 hours per week, you'll split your time between Hounslow House and home, helping children and families achieve positive, lasting outcomes while further developing your professional expertise.

What you will do:
- Assess the needs of children and families, developing and implementing effective, outcome-focused support plans.
- Manage a caseload of up to 14 families, delivering high-quality interventions that promote safety, stability, and positive change.
- Work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals, including health, education, and community services, to achieve the best outcomes for children and families.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to less experienced colleagues, contributing to high standards of practice across the team.
- Ensure all practice complies with current legislation, statutory guidance, safeguarding procedures, and local authority policies.
Essential requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
- A minimum of 2–3 years' experience working within a Children with Disabilities Team (CWDT).
- Experience managing family-focused caseloads within children's services.
- Willingness to work from Hounslow House at least two days per week (equipment provided).
