What you will do:

• Undertake comprehensive adult audiological assessments, including pure tone audiometry, speech testing, middle ear analysis, and advanced diagnostic procedures
• Independently interpret clinical results and develop personalised rehabilitation plans, including hearing aid provision and tinnitus management
• Fit, programme, and review NHS digital hearing aids, including complex and non-routine devices, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
• Provide specialist advice, counselling, and support to patients, families, and carers regarding hearing loss and communication strategies

Person Specification:

Qualifications:

• BSc in Audiology or Healthcare Science (Audiology) or equivalent
• Completion of PTP/STP training pathway or equivalent experience

Registration & Compliance:

• Registration with HCPC or AHCS or eligible
• Knowledge of NHS governance frameworks, BSA guidelines, and UKAS standards
• Understanding of the Equality Act 2010 and safeguarding principles
