What you will do:

• Provide clinical pharmacy services to wards within the hospital, ensuring patient safety and effective medication management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal pharmaceutical care.
• Conduct medication reviews and provide appropriate pharmaceutical advice to healthcare professionals.
• Manage and supervise the dispensing process, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and NHS guidelines.
• Participate in ward rounds, contributing to discussions on patient treatment plans.

Requirements for the Pharmacist:

• Valid GPhC registration is required.
• Previous experience is essential, specifically working as a pharmacist within a UK-based NHS pharmacy setting.
• Possess a recognised pharmacist qualification, such as an NVQ or equivalent.
