What you will do

• Provide expert medicines optimisation services, enhancing patient care and achieving excellent outcomes.
• Conduct comprehensive medicines information support to healthcare professionals and patients.
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless pharmaceutical services.
• Ensure safe, evidence-based practice by applying your extensive clinical knowledge and skills.
• Travel between sites as required, with the autonomy that comes with being a car driver.

Responsibilities

• You must be a registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Bring your post-registration NHS hospital pharmacy experience to the table, demonstrating your capabilities in medicines optimisation.
• Flexibility to drive between sites is essential, offering you varied and rewarding experiences.
