What you will do

Manage a caseload of service users, providing assessment, recovery planning, review, and ongoing keywork support.
Conduct comprehensive screening and risk assessments, ensuring safeguarding concerns are identified and appropriately managed.
Deliver structured one-to-one and group-based interventions focused on substance misuse recovery, harm reduction, and wellbeing.
Support service users to access treatment, housing, employment, healthcare, and wider community resources.

Qualifications

Educated to Level 3 standard or equivalent relevant qualification in Health & Social Care, Substance Misuse, Community Work, or a related field.

Experience

Experience working within substance misuse, mental health, housing, criminal justice, or related community services.
Proven ability to manage complex caseloads and support vulnerable adults with multiple needs.
Experience delivering structured interventions and facilitating recovery-focused groups.
