What you will do:

• Conduct health surveillance screenings, including audiometry, lung function testing, and other occupational health assessments.

• Accurately record medical information and assessment outcomes within occupational health records.

• Ensure all clinical equipment is maintained, cleaned, calibrated, and fit for purpose.

• Support workplace health promotion initiatives and wellbeing activities.

• Provide accurate data and assessment information to assist occupational health clinicians in their decision-making.

• Travel regularly to client sites using the Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) to deliver occupational health services.

• Maintain high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with GDPR requirements.

• Support the wider occupational health team with operational and administrative tasks where required.

• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with clinical protocols, health and safety requirements, and organisational procedures.

Person Specification:

• Previous experience as a Healthcare Support Worker or a degree in Sports Science or a related subject is desirable.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Understanding of GDPR and the importance of confidentiality.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel regularly and undertake overnight stays when required.

• Full UK manual driving licence.

• Must have held a driving licence for at least 12 months and be aged 21 or over for insurance purposes.

Hours:

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.

• Typical working hours are between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
