What you will do:
-
Conduct health surveillance screenings, including audiometry, lung function testing, and other occupational health assessments.

Accurately record medical information and assessment outcomes within occupational health records.

Ensure all clinical equipment is maintained, cleaned, calibrated, and fit for purpose.

Support workplace health promotion initiatives and wellbeing activities.

Provide accurate data and assessment information to assist occupational health clinicians in their decision-making.

Travel regularly to client sites using the Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) to deliver occupational health services.

Maintain high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with GDPR requirements.

Support the wider occupational health team with operational and administrative tasks where required.

Ensure services are delivered in accordance with clinical protocols, health and safety requirements, and organisational procedures.
Person Specification:

Previous experience as a Healthcare Support Worker or a degree in Sports Science or a related subject is desirable.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Understanding of GDPR and the importance of confidentiality.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel regularly and undertake overnight stays when required.

Full UK manual driving licence.

Must have held a driving licence for at least 12 months and be aged 21 or over for insurance purposes.
Hours:

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.

Typical working hours are between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
