We are currently seeking Phlebotomy-trained professionals to work in mobile units, collecting blood samples from volunteers for testing. If you are adept at venepuncture and have the necessary competencies, you could be a perfect fit for our team.

What you will do:

Perform safe and efficient blood draws from volunteers in accordance with clinical guidelines.
Ensure proper labelling and handling of samples to maintain sample integrity.
Manage and organise equipment and supplies to maintain a clean and functional work environment.
Complete accurate and timely documentation of procedures.
Provide a friendly and reassuring service to volunteers, addressing any concerns or queries they may have.

Qualifications / Requirements / Person Specification:

Applicants must be 25 years of age or older.
Hold a clean driving licence.
Possess current venepuncture/cannulation/blood drawing competency certificates.
Hold a valid DBS certificate for submission.

Shift Pattern:

Monday – Friday: 07:50 – 18:10
Saturday: No scheduled appointments, potential to be introduced later.
Sunday: 10:50 – 15:55
