What you will do:
- Provide compassionate support and care for individuals with dementia, focusing on their mental and emotional wellbeing.
- Assist with daily activities, ensuring that the individuals' personal needs are met with dignity and respect.
- Monitor and report any changes in behaviour or health conditions to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Create a safe and supportive environment by building trusting relationships with both clients and their families.
