What you will do
- Provide strategic leadership for the sufficiency strategy and maintain regulatory oversight of fostering functions and supported lodgings.
- Lead all fostering service activities, which include recruitment, assessment, retention strategies, family support, and foster carer engagement.
- Undertake key statutory and regulatory responsibilities, ensuring full compliance with fostering regulations.
- Act as the Regulation 24 Nominated Officer while overseeing fostering assessments, panel processes, and approval arrangements.
