• EHCP Writing: Draft, amend, and finalise EHCPs, ensuring they are accurate, outcome-focused, and compliant with legislation.
• Needs Assessment: Capture education, health, and social care needs clearly, specifying appropriate provision.
• EHCNA Support: Contribute to the Education, Health and Care Needs Assessment process, ensuring statutory timelines are met.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with schools, health professionals, and other partners to support collaborative planning.
• Quality Assurance: Support quality checks to ensure consistency, compliance, and service improvement.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate electronic records and prepare documentation to support SEND processes.
