What you will do:

Deliver high-quality nursing care within community settings to a diverse patient population.
Manage complex wound care, including Doppler assessment and compression bandaging.
Provide compassionate end-of-life care.
Administer medications accurately and safely.
Perform male, female, and suprapubic catheterisation confidently.
Deliver bowel care and manage syringe drivers and insulin administration.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Maintain accurate and detailed records to support patient treatment plans.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse with community nursing experience.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Confident driver with the ability to travel across community settings.
Experience in wound care, catheterisation, medication administration, and end-of-life care.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
