What you will do:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care within community settings to a diverse patient population.
- Manage complex wound care, including Doppler assessment and compression bandaging.
- Provide compassionate end-of-life care.
- Administer medications accurately and safely.
- Perform male, female, and suprapubic catheterisation confidently.
- Deliver bowel care and manage syringe drivers and insulin administration.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records to support patient treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with community nursing experience.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Confident driver with the ability to travel across community settings.
- Experience in wound care, catheterisation, medication administration, and end-of-life care.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
