What you will do:

• Conduct strengths-based, person-centred assessments and interventions
• Undertake safeguarding enquiries aligning with the Care Act and local procedures
• Manage a varied workload, involving both crisis situations and regular duty work
• Collaborate effectively with health and social care partners to deliver comprehensive support
• Contribute to the team through a duty rota and team-based approach
• Champion outcomes-focused and preventative practices, keeping person-centred care at the heart of your work

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience in Adult Social Care
• Strong grounding in statutory adult social work services and safeguarding practices
• Proficiency in operating within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Commitment to strengths-based and person-centred practice
• Must be a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
