What you will do:
- Conduct in-depth assessments of children and families to understand their needs
- Manage a caseload of clients, maintaining thorough and accurate records
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to develop care plans and support packages
- Provide direct support and interventions to children and families as needed
- Attend and contribute to case conferences and review meetings
- Ensure all work adheres to statutory guidelines and best practice standards
- Engage with children and families face-to-face, fostering trust and rapport
