What you will do:

• Conduct in-depth assessments of children and families to understand their needs
• Manage a caseload of clients, maintaining thorough and accurate records
• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to develop care plans and support packages
• Provide direct support and interventions to children and families as needed
• Attend and contribute to case conferences and review meetings
• Ensure all work adheres to statutory guidelines and best practice standards
• Engage with children and families face-to-face, fostering trust and rapport
