What you will do:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Ongoing Support and Review Team within the Integrated Learning Disabilities Service.
- Allocate cases effectively while monitoring staff folders to ensure compliance and quality of service.
- Delegate tasks within the team to maintain efficiency and high standards of practice.
- Provide line management support to a team of social workers, guiding their professional development and performance.
- Manage Court of Protection community cases, applying your expert knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and Mental Health Act 1983.
