What you will do:

  • Oversee the local management and delivery of universal, enhanced, and specialist services for care, education, and clinical provisions.
  • Coordinate and provide evidence-based practice training, including trauma-informed and neurodiversity awareness training for all team members.
  • Ensure that all documented needs, such as those in Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), are met effectively across the divisions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals by facilitating ongoing developments and alignment with our Integrated Model of Care.
  • Maintain compliance with statutory regulations, auditing and monitoring to meet and exceed standards.
  • Act as a pivotal point for communication and collaboration, building constructive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in professional development and research, ensuring that personal and team practices remain at the forefront of the latest developments in clinical care.

Qualifications:

  • Allied health professional qualification or Psychotherapy/Clinical Psychology/Counselling Qualification 
  • Registration with appropriate regulatory body (eg HCPC)
  • Additional leadership qualifications
  • Additional supervisory/reflective practice qualifications
