What you will do:

• Provide crucial support and guidance to individuals within the criminal justice system to aid their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with various professionals to create comprehensive care plans tailored to each person's needs.

• Facilitate group sessions and deliver one-to-one motivational interviewing and support.
