What you will do:

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team including Senior Social Workers, Family Support Workers, and Educational Psychologists.
• Manage complex caseloads, using your specialised knowledge for interventions, assessments, and care planning.
• Conduct child protection investigations and handle cases such as Child in Need, Looked After Children, Child Protection, and Court interventions.
• Play a crucial role in contributing to Education, Health and Care plans.
• Deliver short breaks and help in preparing children and families for adulthood.
• Be supported by a Team Manager and Advanced Practitioner.
