What you will do:

• Lead and manage a dedicated frontline social work team to ensure quality service delivery to clients
• Support and supervise team members, providing guidance and taking responsibility for the professional development of the team
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and local authority policies
• Manage complex cases and be a point of advice and guidance for team members
• Collaborate with other departments and local agencies to improve outcomes for service users
• Monitor and analyse team performance, implementing improvements where necessary
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required
