This is an excellent opportunity for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the Older Peoples Service and Medical Rehabilitation Wards in North Glasgow. You will work independently while contributing to a supportive, experienced MDT, delivering high‑quality physiotherapy care to patients with complex rehabilitation needs.

What you will do

• Independently manage a caseload within the Older Peoples Service and medical rehabilitation wards.
• Complete comprehensive assessments and develop tailored rehabilitation treatment programmes.
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient‑centred care.
• Support and supervise junior staff as required, delegating tasks appropriately.
• Develop and implement effective discharge plans to ensure continuity of care following discharge.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and high‑quality clinical documentation in line with service standards.

Requirements

• HCPC‑registered Physiotherapist.
• Experience working within elderly care, medical rehabilitation, or inpatient settings.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage complex caseloads.
• Strong communication and MDT collaboration skills.
