What you will do

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients experiencing issues with substance misuse, including drugs and alcohol.
• Deliver keyworking sessions to support individuals on their recovery journey using evidence-based harm reduction and recovery models.
• Assess client needs and develop personalised care plans to support recovery goals.
• Facilitate group sessions and workshops that encourage peer support and collaborative recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support for each individual.

Requirements

• A DBS registered on the Update Service is essential.
• Demonstrated experience within the substance misuse sector, particularly supporting individuals with drug and alcohol recovery.
• Proven ability to manage caseloads and deliver effective keyworking interventions.
• Strong understanding of harm reduction techniques and recovery models.
