What you will do:

- Conduct assessments with families to identify needs, develop intervention plans, and provide support to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children.

- Manage a caseload, maintaining accurate and detailed records of each family's progress and outcomes.
- Provide advice and guidance to families, connecting them to relevant community resources and services.
- Attend and contribute to Family Safeguarding Team meetings to share insights and strategies for continuous improvement.
