What you will do:

- Holistic Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments to identify risk factors related to housing, affordability, and support needs within the community.
- Personalised Housing Plans: Collaborate with clients to create actionable plans in line with the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017, aiming to prevent or relieve homelessness.
- Tenancy Sustainment: Provide outreach support to clients, equipping them with essential life skills for maintaining an independent tenancy, from budgeting to understanding utility bills.
- Multi-Agency Liaison: Work hand-in-hand with partners like social care, mental health teams, and local landlords to establish a solid support network for clients.
- Income & Benefits Maximisation: Guide clients in navigating the UK's welfare system to maximise their income and reduce the risk of financial evictions.
- Crisis Intervention & Safeguarding: Tackle emergency housing situations promptly and ensure safeguarding measures are in place for vulnerable individuals.
